Q: How do I play the audio files?
A: Business and Technology Insider is archived in the Windows Player format. If you are using MacIntosh or some other format, click on the link provided to get the player. Follow the directions on the site to download the player. See links on the LIVE SHOW page.
Q: I get an error message when I try to listen to the show.
A: Go to http://www.windowsmedia.com/9series/download/download.asp to download the latest player. If you are using an older version of the player, you may not have all the components necessary. This download is free and it will automatically download. You may need to restart your computer after the download to get full functionality.
Q: I logged into your radio show but the show that was playing had a different date.
A: When we get a last minute guest cancellation, we will sometimes play a previous show that we feel has high value for our listeners.
Q: I tried to play the LIVE SHOW, but got an error message.
A: The Live Show link is only active during the live broadcast. After the show airs, go to ARCHIVES and play the show from there.
Q: I missed your show and want to hear today's show. When will it be available?
A: The show is immediately available. Go to ARCHIVES and click on the show date that is of interest to you. All shows are archived immediately after the live broadcast.
Q: I am having a problem accessing your web cast, what do I need to do?
A: If you are using a Windows format, you should be able to log into our web cast and listen live to the show. At 1:00 pm ET, hit the play button on the web site and you should be listening live. You may need to check to see if you have the most recent version of the player.
Q: I want to take one of your seminars. What do I need to do?
A: Click on the seminar that looks interesting and read the course description. If you decide you want to purchase it, click on the seminar and it will take you to the page to purchase the seminar. Once you purchase it, you will be emailed a link and a password. You can take the seminar as many times as you want within a 24 hr. period. Before starting the audio files, download the related documents. You will need them during the audio program. This program is intended for one person/one use. All materials are copyrighted and can not be redistributed without the express written consent of the author.
