ENDIVA offers both online and standard technical support to ensure your satisfaction with your ENDIVA Product. Our technical support team employs the latest information and many combined years of technical experience to quickly resolve all customer service requests. Our goal is to maximize the uptime and productivity of your business using ENDIVA solutions.

ENDIVA offers two levels of technical support, enabling you to choose the package that best meets your needs. Each package is based on an annual agreement.

Basic Support Package
Our Basic Support agreement is appropriate for customers who would like to have issues responded and solved within 5 business days. It provides support during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Advanced Support Package
The Advanced Support agreement is designed for customers who needed faster response time to reported issues, generally within one business day. It provides support during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time (EST).
