Jamie Everett
Director of Process Improvement

Jamie Everett is a seasoned executive with over twenty years of operational experience in professional services, sales and marketing, and resource management, all with profit and loss responsibility.   She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Goucher College

 

EXPERIENCE

 

As Director of Process Improvement for MicroSystems Automation Group, Ms. Everett develops and implements business methodology and processes, as well as operations plans and budgets, including supervision of program managers, forecasting, budgeting, risk assessment/management, and contract management.  She is also responsible for developing and implementing the CMM materials required for CMM certification.  She cultivates and manages client and partner relationships. 

 

Previously, for Operon Partners, she provided clients with high-end business strategy advice in the areas of operational management, sales and marketing strategies, and building business processes and methodologies for professional services and human resource organizations.  Additionally, she served as Operon’s Vice President of Operations.

 

With Operon Partners, Ms. Everett assisted clients with strategy formulation, business planning, performance measurement, and methodology development.  She has significant experience in developing service offerings, marketing collateral, risk models, proposals, statements of work, and contracts, with a focus on repeatable and continuous process improvement.  Additionally, she has provided business advisory services in the areas of human resources, channel and partner strategies, and services delivery.  She has performed numerous due diligence tasks over the years, including a multi-billion dollar, multi-business unit audit.

 

Prior to joining Operon Partners, Ms. Everett was Vice President of Technology Services for Corporate Software and Technology (CS&T), a billion dollar software reseller.  She was responsible for a national professional services business with over 300 consultants.  Ms. Everett grew the services business’ revenue from 4 million to 30 million over a four-year period, having responsibility for both sales and operations.  She built the methodologies used for services delivery at CS&T including Promise, a project management and quality assurance methodology and several delivery frameworks in the areas of technology migrations, software development, and managed services/outsourcing.  Ms. Everett was also responsible for the channel strategy, including the recruitment and management of services partners throughout the US and Canada.

 

Prior to CS&T, Ms. Everett was a Professional Services Practice Director for Wang Global Services where she led the transition from proprietary services to open systems in the areas of networking, imaging, workflow, and business process re-engineering.  Additionally, she managed several large projects for both commercial and government accounts, including a 15+ million dollar contract for the U.S. Army.
