It was nice to wake up earlier and receive a phone call from a place about a job interview.  The interview will be a bit far, though, but the job seems interesting.  We'll see what happens. 

I started to call several business places for various reasons and there was abosolutely no customer service.  I don't know what happened to customer reps; they seemed not to be trained and were just so terrible.  They had poor attitude and not helpful.  They make me hate making phone calls and rely on websites, etc. to get what I want.
