I got to the interview earlier than I thought I would. The drive was pretty smooth but I did make a few U-turns because I couldn't locate the street number. The interview was pleasant. Afterwards, I shopped my way up north. I went to a craft store, discount designer store, fabric store, consignment store, and a bead store. It took me 5 hours to comb through the stores.
I was a bit POed because I saw so many empty packages in the beading aisles of the craft store. Apparently someone shop lifted there. There were so many of them that I felt like someone got all her supplies by stealing them. It made me so mad that people would do that.
After I stopped home, I went to the grocery store because I ran out of wet dog food. I went to the store and I was impressed by this little boy who looked about 11 or 12, and he was shopping alone carrying a shopping basket. He was trying to decide which kind of ground beef to get. He had to call his mom and get clearer instructions. I wonder if the mother was training the boy or that she was just too lazy to go shopping herself. Then I thought, at least she was making the boy get raw meat, so that means she at least cooks. I felt so proud of the boy. I think he did well.
