I did it! I woke up in time to make a phone call to the State Attorney General's office before going to work today. They weren't helpful but it's not their fault.
Anyway, I didn't sleep too well last night. It took me a lllooooonnngggg time to fall asleep. I was worried that I wouldn't get enough sleep and I just kept my eyes shut. I guess it couuld've been worse. I made it to work a little early and work was pretty simple. I didn't even get to see my new boss today! He was out all day. I hope I get to see him tomorrow so I can fill out my work papers. I didn't get any time to settle down at all. I was put straight to work, which was fine since it wasn't difficult. All in all, I had a pleasant day.
After work I went to buy some food from the grocery store to cook for dinner. When I got home, Cola was so happy! Poor little guy. I hope he'll get used to my not being home that much anymore... I noticed that he always bark when I come home after long time away. I bet he was scared. I tried to spend some time in the morning with him before I go so it wasn't so rushed for him.
Oh, boy, I am sleepy already. Tomorrow is another day.
