Ying Wang

 

Ms. Wang is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Learn In USA. She has helped numerous Chinese students in admission, scholarship, visa and employment since 1999.

In the past two decades, Ms. Wang has been in the energy and investment businesses between US, China and the Middle East. She is Chairman of Oriental Energy Group Limited, specializing in solar and other green energy projects in China.

Ms. Wang graduated from China's Tsinghua University. She worked for the Chinese government for 15 years, representing China in the UNICEF's Executive Council. She received MPA degree from The Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University in 1991.

 

 

Prof. Joseph Rubin

Prof. Joseph Rubin teaches at Columbia University School of International & Public Affairs, Columbia University School of Law and Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

 

Prof. Rubin is Executive Director of International Technical Assistance Program for Transforming Economies (ITAP), School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University and Executive Training International, providing management training courses for Chinese Government officials and private sector executives.

 

He is also Founder and Senior Partner of Rubin, Bailin, & Ortoli,  LLP in New York. He sits on numerous corporate boards and is a Board Member of Learn In USA.

 

Prof. Rubin obtained his B.A. degree from Columbia College and his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School. He has traveled to over 100 countries. He is an established artist in photography.

 

 

 

Paul Wolansky

Mr. Wolansky is Chairman, is a founder of Cathay and has served as the Chief Executive Officer of New China and a Director of the Cathay Investment Fund since inception. Mr. Wolansky was formerly a Managing Director of Paloma Partners. Mr. Wolansky received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College, a JD degree from Harvard Law School, and is admitted to practice law as a member of the bar of the State of New York.

 

 

 

 

WILLIAM E. LEFTWICH, III

 

 

William E. Leftwich, III is Principal and Chief Executive Officer of  LS Strategic Group is a world-renowned authority on Human Resource issues pertaining to equal opportunity programs.

 

Mr. Leftwich was the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Equal Opportunity responsible for policy and enforcement of all of the Department of Defense’s equal opportunity programs for civilian and military personnel worldwide. 

 

Mr. Leftwich has been the guest speaker at corporate, military and government installations in the United States and overseas.

 

He was a senior executive with Sears Roebuck and Company where he held several senior management positions

 

Mr. Leftwich received his Bachelor of Science in Education from Miami University, Oxford Ohio.  He attended Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts Program on Negotiation and Conflict Management for Senior Executives.  Mr. Leftwich received an Honorary Doctorate Degree of Humanities from Utah State University, Logan, Utah.

 

Mr. Leftwich received the following awards and recognitions:

 

The recipient of the 1995, Dr. Benjamin L. Hooks Distinguished Service Award from the NAACP.

 

The Secretary of Defense’s Award for Outstanding Public Service.

 

Congressional Recognition for outstanding and invaluable service to community.

 
Appointed to the President’s Management Council on Hispanic Employment Initiative, the President’s Council on the Initiative on Asian and Pacific Islanders and the President’s National Disability Policy Review Board.
