Program Management

 

Technical Support Services in Research, Design, Development, and Engineering through all acquisition phases of naval aircraft and aviation weapons system acquisition. Our work continues into procurement, test and evaluation, training, repair and modification, and in-service engineering and logistics support services.

 

Weapons System Integration

 

We provide Aircraft/Weapon Integration support for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps’ rotary and fixed wing platforms and combatants.  Coordination of weapons system integration efforts between aircraft and ship program offices, weapon program offices, and field activities in conjunction with the Network Centric Warfare.

 

 

Systems Engineering

 

Interdisciplinary approach to creating successful systems by defining program requirements and objectives relative to Acquisition, Supply, Technical Management, Design, Product Realization, and Technical Evaluation by performing design synthesis and system validation to assure that design and production systems are capable of meeting performance, design, and production specifications.

 

Acquisition Logistics

 

Multi-functional, technical management support associated with the design, development, test, production, fielding, sustaining, and improvement/modification of cost effective systems that achieve the user’s readiness requirements.

 

Foreign Military Sales

 

Technical Support Services associated with the phases of responsible government to government military sales of U.S. defense equipment, services, and training to further national security and foreign policy objectives by strengthening bilateral defense relations, supporting coalition building, enhancing interoperability between U.S. forces and militaries of friends and allies.

 

Supply Chain Management

 

Supply chain management includes the oversight of materials, information, and finances as they move from the sources/suppliers to the end-user/consumer. Supply chain management (SCM) involves the coordination and integration of these movements both within and between them.
