Division of Sports and Fitness Programs

Mission: Provide programs and activities to promote sportsmanship and physical fitness
Sports and Fitness program is the first and the longest running program by CCACC. It provides training, practice, and activities in various sports and physical fitness programs. It also organizes large scale competitions that promote team-work and good sportsmanship. These programs have contributed enormously to the health and physical fitness of the CCACC members.

體育健身活動是中心運作最久也最長的活動,包括各項體能及球類訓練,練習及活。中心也經常舉辦大型體育及球類競賽及活動,以提倡團隊精神及運動員風範。多年來,這些活動對中心會員的精神及體能有很大的助益。
