CCACC Federal Credit Union now known as Energy Federal Credit Union

 

 

The CCACC FCU merged into the Energy Federal Credit Union on February 1, 2008; the CCACC FCU was established in 1984 to serve the financial needs of the local Chinese community.  The merger was necessary to expand the variety and types of financial services to better serve the CCACC membership needs and all members of the Chinese American community.  The Energy Federal Credit Union offers a broad variety of loan products, deposit products and electronic delivery systems to all eligible members.

Professionally operate our Credit Union providing convenient, competitively priced financial products and services meeting the needs of the approved field of membership, while maintaining a sound capital position.

The Energy Federal Credit Union (EFCU) is committed to providing our member-owners with an organization that responds to member needs and changing financial environments.  We focus on member satisfaction by providing quality and timely service through our staff, delivery systems, products and services.

 

We are committed to fostering growth while maintaining a cost-efficient organization.  EFCU is a partner with our sponsor organizations in providing an exceptional employee benefit of financial services designed to meet the needs of the membership.  We place our membership first in all we do.

How it Operates: The Energy Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial cooperative serving over 18,000 members.  The credit union is managed by a volunteer board of directors who establish credit union policy and guidelines to service the membership.  The credit union has four branch offices, a call center, internet access, audio response access and a nationwide surcharge-free ATM network and shared branch network (COOP).

Branches:  The Energy Federal Credit Union has four branch offices, three are located within the offices of the United States Department of Energy and the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission and one is located at 5 Choke Cherry, Suite #110, Rockville, Maryland.
