I. Refund Policy for Fall and Spring Semester
Withdrawal before first class: Full Refund Withdrawal after first class: $75 deduction Withdrawal after second class: $125 deduction No refund after third class
In case of medical or family emergency that lead to a class withdrawal, credit may be granted which can be applied toward a future class. Reasonable evidence needs to be provided to receive the credit.

II. Refund Policy for Summer Camp
In cases where a student decides to withdraw from summer camp, the tuition will
be refunded after a deduction. The deduction is calculated as follows:
Withdrawal before placement test: $20 deduction
Withdrawal after placement test and before 1st class: $75 deduction Withdrawal after 1st class: $100 deduction Withdrawal after 2nd class: $175 deduction No refund or credit after 3rd class ***** additional $35 will be imposed for refund made through credit card *****
In case the withdrawal is due to unforeseeable medical or family emergency,
a prorated refund without any deduction may be granted provided reasonable
evidence is presented.
III. Refund Policy for prep class
SAT: SAT class has different refund policy and $100 will be deducted if withdrawing
after the first instruction class. No refund will be granted for withdrawal after
2nd instruction class.
Magnet & GT Prep (3rd, 5th, and 8th grade prep):
Withdrawal before first class: Full Refund
Withdrawal after first class: $100 deduction
Withdrawal after second class: $185 deduction
No refund after third class
IV. Processing Time & Credit Refund
Refund will be processed within 15 business days.
Request for credit refund can be made immediately.
