| Job Menu: |
Job Menu is one of the web site options and it directs site visitors to the job posting page. Job Menu is also a main control of your online job postings. You can activate or deactivate job menu at Website Access Options. |
| Job Category: |
Job Category block represents a grouping consists of a single or multiple job postings. Category title defines the name for the grouping. When posting the job information, the category must be created first. |
| Job Literature |
Job Literature represents an individual job posting. It consists of job title and other event information. Each job posting's page layout, desktop publishing and slide show effects can be configured in Job Literature block. |
| Job Content: |
Job Content block locates inside Job Literature block. This is where the text or media content is posted. Job Content block contains a WYSIWYG editor that a user can enter data, upload media file and attachment from there. |
There is a hierarchical relationship among these 4 content building blocks:
Job Menu (Highest) --> Job Category --> Job Literature --> Job Content (Lowest)
- A Job Menu contains many Job Categories.
- A Job Category contains many Job literatures.
- A Job Literature contains many Job Contents.
Click 
Add Category to add a new job category.
A Job Posting Category Form will pop up on screen to collect category information.
Click 
Post a New Job to post a new job opening.
A Job Posting Form will pop up on screen to collect job opening information.
Click 
Append Content Here to add a new job content block.
A Job Content Form will pop up in the screen to collect job content data.
Click 
Choose Another Category to view a list of all of the job categories.
Click 
List Other Jobs to view a list of all of the job titles under a particular category.
Click 
Printer Friendly Version to retrieve a printer friendly version of the page.
For each building block, the following operations can be performed:

to insert a job category.

to edit.

to delete.

to broadcast a job opening to certain member groups.
- Click
to post the notes.

to move up.

to move down.
