How to create a new postal zone for USPS
  1. Click Shipping Zone Chart link in Shipping Cost Lookup Table.
  2. Enter 3-digital Zip Code Prefixs and select a Zone based on the printed Postal Zone Chart.
  3. Click Add to save.
